Shadow Systems (“Shadow Systems,” “we,” or “us”), 1001 Los Rios Blvd, Suite 100, Plano, Texas 75074, is offering a one-time-use store credit to eligible customers who purchase a qualifying Shadow Systems pistol during the Purchase Period and complete the claim process described in these Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion”).

• Purchase Period: October 19, 2026 through December 31, 2026, inclusive. The qualifying firearm must be purchased within this period. The date of purchase is the date shown on the dated purchase receipt or invoice.
• Submission Deadline: The online promotion form closes at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on January 11, 2027. This additional time allows customers to complete the transfer of their firearm from their Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) before submitting.
• Review Time: Please allow four to five (4–5) business days for review after a complete submission is received.
• Code Validity: Each store credit code expires thirty (30) days after the date it is emailed.

To qualify, a participant must meet every requirement below.

1. The participant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of purchase.
2. The qualifying firearm must be an eligible Shadow Systems model, as listed in Section 3.
3. The qualifying firearm must be purchased from an authorized Shadow Systems dealer during the Purchase Period, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4. Proof of purchase is required for every submission.
5. Each qualifying firearm purchase is eligible for one store credit and one redemption. A participant who purchases multiple qualifying firearms during the Purchase Period may submit a separate claim for each one, each with its own form and its own receipt.

The store credit amount depends on the model purchased. Models not listed below are not eligible.

The following are not eligible for this Promotion, even if the model would otherwise qualify:

• All California SKUs.
• Firearms purchased through the Patriot & Protector (P&P) program.
• Firearms purchased through IOP.
• BLEM (blemished) firearms. These products have a -B in the SKU are excluded from this promotion and are not eligible for any promotional offer, rebates, or incentives (ex: SS-1009-B).
• Firearms acquired through distribution or wholesale channels, including purchases by dealers or other businesses for inventory or resale.
• -L SKUs: Firearms with a SKU ending in “-L” are excluded from this promotion and are not eligible for any promotional offers, rebates, or incentives (ex: SS-3039-L).

To claim a store credit, submit the online promotion form on the Shadow Systems website no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Time on January 11, 2027. Submissions received after that time cannot be accepted, regardless of the date of purchase.

1. Complete all required fields on the form. If you purchased more than one qualifying firearm, submit a separate form for each.
2. Upload a clear, legible, and unaltered copy of your dated purchase receipt or invoice. The receipt should show the dealer name, the date of purchase, the model purchased, and the serial number where available. You may redact payment card numbers and other sensitive payment information.
3. Allow four to five (4–5) business days for review after we receive your complete submission. “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Incomplete or unclear submissions, and submissions that require additional verification, may take longer.
4. If your submission is approved, your one-time-use store credit code will be sent by email to the address you provided. Please enter a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder. Shadow Systems is not responsible for emails that are not received because of an incorrect address or email filtering.

Each store credit code is valid for one-time use only and expires thirty (30) days after the date it is emailed.

1. Expiration. The thirty days are counted from the date the code is emailed, not from the Promotion dates, and the expiration date will be stated in the email that contains the code. A code emailed in January, for example, remains valid for its full thirty days. Expired codes are void and will not be reissued or extended, except at the sole discretion of Shadow Systems.
2. Redemption. A code may be redeemed once, on the Shadow Systems online store, toward eligible accessories and gear such as magazines, barrels, compensators, knives, lights, pepper spray, apparel, and more. Shadow Systems determines which products are eligible.
3. Product availability. Shadow Systems does not guarantee the availability of any item on its online store. Inventory may change at any time, and the unavailability of an item does not extend a code’s expiration date.
4. No cash value. Codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Unused balance. Any unused balance is forfeited after redemption. A code cannot be divided across multiple orders.
6. Other offers. Codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
7. Lost codes. Shadow Systems is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced codes and is not obligated to replace them.

Shadow Systems verifies every submission before issuing a store credit code.

1. Shadow Systems may verify any submission, including by contacting the dealer and by requesting additional documentation from the participant.
2. Submissions that are incomplete, illegible, altered, falsified, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible will be rejected, and any associated code may be voided.
3. If a qualifying firearm is returned, or the purchase is reversed or refunded, Shadow Systems may void any unused store credit code issued for that purchase.
4. Shadow Systems may disqualify any participant who tampers with the claim process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

1. Changes to the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, Shadow Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Promotion, or to amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any updated terms will be posted on the Shadow Systems website.
2. Final decisions. All decisions regarding eligibility, submissions, and store credit codes are made by Shadow Systems in its reasonable discretion and are final.
3. Void where prohibited. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Privacy. Personal information collected through the claim process is used to administer the Promotion, in accordance with the Shadow Systems privacy policy.
5. Questions. Questions about the Promotion may be directed to Shadow Systems through the contact information on our website, or by replying to the email that contains your store credit code.
