FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.
Plano, TX (July, 2020) – American-based pistol manufacturer Shadow Systems is now included on the Maryland Handgun Roster as an approved manufacturer for Maryland gun owners.
Pistols from Shadow Systems, including the new MR920 as well as the legacy MR918, are now approved for ownership in the state of Maryland. Maryland residents must be in possession of a valid Handgun Qualification License (HQL) in order to purchase a Shadow Systems. Both the MR920 Combat and MR920 Elite models are approved, as are the MR918 Combat and MR918 Elite models.
The MR920 is a compact-sized pistol designed for minimal recoil, improved accuracy, and unmatched reliability. The frame includes interchangeable backstraps that fundamentally change the grip angle of the gun to fit the shooter’s natural point of aim. Alongside improved ergonomics, the MR920 from Shadow Systems features directional slide serrations, a match-grade spiral-fluted barrel, a carry-safe flat-faced aluminum trigger, and an optional magwell. Both the Combat and Elite models of the MR920 can be configured with standard dovetail sights or with the new patent pending multi-footprint optic mounting system, which allows most major brands of mini red dot optics to be mounted directly to the slide without any intervening adapter or plate.
Maryland residents can find Shadow Systems pistols at Maryland Elite Firearms, Bass Pro, and Cabela’s.
