The HS923 ships with a ½ x28 threaded piston, making it compatible with all threaded‑barrel Shadow Systems pistols and other common tilting‑barrel 9mm handguns. A titanium blast baffle enhances durability, while the patent‑pending end cap allows the pistol slide to be used as a wrench for simple, tool‑free assembly.
Booster & Mounting System
The HS923 features an integrated spring‑loaded Nielsen device (booster) designed to ensure reliable function on Browning‑type, tilting‑barrel pistols. By momentarily decoupling suppressor mass during firing, the booster promotes consistent cycling without sacrificing durability or sound performance.
