The E526 SBR is classified as a Short-Barreled Rifle under the National Firearms Act and includes 30-round magazines and a vertical foregrip. ATF approval is required prior to transfer. SBRs are subject to federal regulation and may be prohibited or restricted under state and local law.

Due to SBR restrictions and magazine capacity laws, we do not sell or transfer this product to residents of:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or the District of Columbia.

Additionally, Illinois and Minnesota have restrictions on civilian ownership of certain SBR configurations. Orders from jurisdictions with restrictive firearm, magazine, or NFA firearm laws may be canceled if the product cannot be legally transferred.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before placing an order. All NFA transfers must be completed through a qualified FFL/SOT and are subject to ATF approval and processing requirements.

Orders placed from restricted jurisdictions will be canceled and refunded.
