About The Program
All Shadow Systems’ firearms are elible, and local dealers who participate in the program are able to offer the discount on in-stock firearms.
2026 Program Update
Traditionally, Distributors and Dealers had to purchase and stock separate “P&P” SKUs, which sold at a lower velocity and created inventory friction. Dealers often lacked P&P guns on hand, causing delays or lost sales.
The new system removes that burden. Dealers may now sell select commercial SKUs at the P&P price to qualified buyers. After submitting sale information on our P&P portal, Dealers will receive a reimbursement from Shadow to increase their margins.

Process
- Dealer stocks standard commercial SKUs. SKUs which also appear on the P&P price list are eligible for reimbursement. See your rep for a copy of the P&P list.
- Dealer privately offers the program to eligible customers.
- Qualified customers purchase at the discounted P&P price.
- Dealer submits sale details via shadowsystemscorp.com/pp.
- Shadow reimburses Dealer (bi-weekly ACH) for the difference.
- Dealer restocks commercial SKUs from Distributor.

PROGRAM TERMS
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The Shadow Systems Patriot & Protector Program (“Program”) is a discount program intended to allow participating federally licensed firearms dealers (“Dealers”) to offer special pricing on eligible Shadow Systems firearms to qualified individuals who protect and serve their communities (“Eligible Participants”). The Program is administered by Shadow Systems, LLC (“Shadow Systems”) and is available only to Dealers approved to participate by Shadow Systems.
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: Eligible Participants include individuals falling within the following categories, subject to verification at the Dealer’s discretion: Law Enforcement Officers (local, state, or federal); Law Enforcement Cadets actively in academy training; Corrections, Parole, and Probation Officers; Retired Law Enforcement Officers; Federal Flight Deck Officers; Judges; District Attorneys and Assistant/Deputy District Attorneys; Licensed Security Officers; Forensic Examiners; Firefighters; Military Personnel, Active Duty or Retired; Honorably Discharged Veterans; School Defenders authorized by their district to carry. Shadow Systems reserves the right to modify Eligible Participant categories at any time.
ELIGIBLE FIREARMS SALES: Refer to the Shadow Systems P&P price list for commercial SKUs that are eligible for reimbursement through this program. ONLY the commercial SKUs on this list are eligible for reimbursement (some Shadow SKUs are not P&P eligible).
Other SKUs which specifically DO NOT qualify for reimbursement include, but are not limited to: Sales of used or blemished firearms, dealer purchases through discount programs, Military or Law Enforcement–specific SKU (“ML SKU”) firearms, Online or marketplace sales, including but not limited to GunBroker.com or similar platforms; Any sale that does not comply with all Program requirements. The P&P portal features a search function to verify firearm eligibility by serial number.
P&P PRICING CONFIDENTIALITY AND ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS: Dealers may not advertise, publish, post, list, display, or otherwise disseminate Patriot & Protector pricing, discounts, or program-specific price points in any format or medium. This prohibition includes, without limitation: in-store signage or flyers; hang tags; price stickers; counter cards; printed price lists; email or SMS campaigns; social media posts; web pages; online storefront listings; marketplace listings; “add to cart” or checkout pricing; and any other public-facing or broadly distributed communication.
P&P pricing may be presented only on an individual, customer-specific basis, and only in response to a direct inquiry from an Eligible Participant regarding P&P availability or pricing. Dealers must ensure that any communication of P&P pricing is limited to the inquiring individual and is not displayed in a manner accessible to the general public. Shadow Systems reserves the right to deny reimbursement, suspend participation, or revoke Program eligibility for any Dealer found to be advertising or publicly listing P&P pricing in violation of this section.
DEALER REIMBURSEMENT: For qualifying sales, Dealers may submit sale details through the designated Patriot & Protector submission portal in accordance with Program instructions. After submitting sale information on our P&P portal, Dealers will receive a reimbursement from Shadow to increase their margins. Reimbursements are issued on a bi-weekly basis via ACH, subject to verification and approval by Shadow Systems.
DEALER VERIFICATION AND PARTICIPATION: Participation in the Program is limited to verified brick-and-mortar FFL dealers approved by Shadow Systems. Dealers may be required to submit documentation, including but not limited to a copy of their FFL and proof of a public retail location. Shadow Systems reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify eligibility or continued participation.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION AND COMPLIANCE: Dealers are responsible for confirming customer eligibility, complying with all applicable laws, and ensuring all firearm transfers are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Shadow Systems does not provide legal advice, and participation in the Program does not relieve Dealers or customers of their legal obligations.
SUBJECT TO LAWS AND REGULATIONS: The Program is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All firearm sales must be completed through a properly licensed FFL, and all required background checks and documentation must be completed prior to transfer. This Program is void where prohibited by law and is valid only within the United States.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION: Shadow Systems reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Shadow Systems also reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Dealer’s or individual participant’s eligibility if, in its sole discretion, it determines that Program terms have been violated or abused.
