Shadow Systems has created this program to reward dealer sales associates for sales of Shadow Systems pistols. Every time you sell an eligible Shadow Systems pistol, you earn Shadow Points. Those points can then be exchanged for free Shadow Systems pistols, gear and accessories.

REDEEM YOUR POINTS
When you are ready to redeem your points, send your redemption request to this email (click here). We will verify your points and immediately contact you to arrange shipment of product.
Coming soon, we will have account login capabilityfor all Counter Rewards participants to login and see their current total points earned. We will send an email notification once that system is in place.

PROGRAM TERMS
Shadow Systems Counter Rewards is a program intended for qualified sales associates employed by a brick-and-mortar federally licensed firearms dealer that has been selected by Shadow Systems, LLC to participate in the program. Sales associates may earn points by submitting proof of sale in accordance with program instructions. Submissions must be approved by Shadow Systems to earn points.
ELIGIBLE FIREARMS SALES: Sales of Shadow Systems Patriot & Protector Program pistols, Shadow Systems Blemished pistols, Military & LE sales (ML SKU) pistols, and firearms sales online, Gunbroker.com, or similar web platforms do not qualify for points in this program. During the program period, every qualified sales associate participating in the Shadow Systems Counter Rewards Program may exchange rewards points for an unlimited number of Shadow Systems Pistols, subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
DEALER VERIFICATION: In order for employees to earn points, the FFL dealer must be verified by Shadow Systems to be a brick-and-mortar retailer. If you are submitting points for the first time, please include supporting documentation such as a copy of your FFL and written request to participate to rewards@shadowsystemscorp.com. You may be requested to provide additional documentation including photographs of your public retail location. If you have questions, please contact rewards@shadowsystemscorp.com.
PROOF OF SALE: If your receipt does not show the serial number, a redacted copy of “Page 1” of the ATF Form 4473 (e.g., federal background check form) may be substituted in its place. Please make sure confidential details, such as Social Security Numbers and Dates of Birth are redacted from the 4473.
SUBJECT TO RULES AND REGULATIONS: The Program is subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All rewards must be shipped to an FFL. Rewards cannot be claimed or shipped to your Employer’s FFL in a jurisdiction that prohibits the sale, ownership, or possession of the reward. Prior to participating in the Program, ensure that you may lawfully redeem the rewards offered.
PROGRAM CHANGES, ELIGIBILITY SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION: Shadow Systems reserves the right to amend or cancel the Program at any time. Shadow Systems also reserves the right to suspend or revoke any individual’s participation in the Program at any time if Shadow Systems determines, in its sole discretion, that the individual has failed to abide by or follow the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Program is void where prohibited by law and is only valid within the United States.
